Took my Toyota that I purchased there in 2020 for oil change and issue with brakes. Oil change went fine, brakes did not. They gave me an estimate of $863.00 to replace brake pads, new rotors, clean and change and issue with brakes. Oil change went fine, brakes did not. They gave me an estimate of $863.00 to replace brake pads, new rotors, clean and adjust brakes. Took it to a Toyota dealer, brake pads were fine, turned the rotors, cleaned and adjusted brakes all for $150.00. Do not understand why Quebedeaux service center was so much higher. More

This is the worst dealership I have ever experienced, from sales to service they would get negative stars if possible. My whole experience started when I first brought my 2019 GMC sierra 3500 to have $10 from sales to service they would get negative stars if possible. My whole experience started when I first brought my 2019 GMC sierra 3500 to have $10,000 worth of add-ons installed. I returned for service and was disappointed, I returned again for another oil change, disappointed again, and then a third time but that was it. And then had problems with one of the installed add-ons that they seem to not be able to speak to the manufacturer about. I was able to get a hold of the lead tech support guy for this company explain my problems and he explained exactly how the fix would go very simple and straightforward I believe the dealership just did not want to pay for the repair since it was still under their warranty. And then wanted to trade in my 2019 for 2021 black diamond edition, but the sales guy said they could not factory order a specific vehicle and showed me a list of vehicles they could offer me they were $25,000 less than what I was willing to spend. Needless to say I walked out and that was the last time that I would go back to them for anything. I believe the biggest problem they have is they are over scheduling service and getting farther and farther behind instead of helping their customers properly. I now take my truck back to the dealership in Gilbert where I purchased it from and I use the hour and a half drive as meditation for all the bad memories Quebedeaux produced. I hope if you’re reading this and you’ve made it this far you will think twice about using Quebedeaux for anything more than a laugh. More
I brought my convertible in for an engine light problem and while my car was on the lot the top was slashed and I had property stolen from inside it. It has been over five months and my cars damages still have not been repaired! I will never be back for service or repairs and would never recommend anyone leave their vehicle in their possession. I hate that I'm still having to deal with this, they never call me and it takes several calls and waiting forever 20 min plus for anyone in the service department to answer. Phone system and Service is the worst I have ever done business with! I was promised this would be fixed months ago and I still can't drive my car and no replacement or rental car has been provided or even offered for any period of time and this is their mistake! I feel I overpaid for the service rendered. Went in for 3 issues, clearly stated at check in. One issue (ambient temp gauge on dash not working).
