100,000 mike service on my 2018 Acadia was fast and efficient and the vehicle seems to be running better. The only drawback was the cost, about $1000. Joshua was pretty good and personable, but, I am having issues with others being unprofessional and lacking in knowledge to answer basic questions. It seems to me that you are not training those who answer issues with others being unprofessional and lacking in knowledge to answer basic questions. It seems to me that you are not training those who answer the phones to even answer basic questions. To be specific, I made an appointment for 7:30 am and asked the lady in service who I spoke with, (sadly, I didn't get her name), if I should come in a bit earlier to put my car in the lineup and I told her I didn't mind doing that. She became abrupt and said that wouldn't work because "we are slammed. We are slammed all the time." That is so unprofessional!!! I've had other issues and I called and asked about a warranty and the women said she could answer my questions but, when I asked her, she responded that she was sorry, she couldn't actually answer them. I also asked to speak with the service manager, but, was told he was in a meeting. One of the issues is that when you call for your appointment and then don't know who you are taking to and then on the day when you arrive for your service at Quebedeaux you are handed over to another person. And they do not check your past service record to see what was performed and try to get you to perform that service again too soon. Customer has to always know what is going on and asking questions. For what I paid for my 2018 Buick Enclave, that I purchased from you, I would certainly expect better service and better professionalism. More
