I took my truck in for a regular interval oil and fuel filter change. I asked them to also check the front end cause it seemed to pull to the right, possibly needing a front end alignment. That was all good and great, I do not mind sitting there for two to two and a half hours waiting time, as that what they informed me it would take. After sitting for two hours, I got up to stretch and noticed my truck was not taken back yet. I asked someone at the desk what was going on and they informed me that my truck had a recall that was going to take six to eight hours. Why was not the customer informed up front? They were going to let me sit there for an entire day without informing me? The block heater as it turns out had already been replaced at an earlier recall, but my understanding is that there is an electrical problem and it needed replacement, yet again? This was not, and has yet to be explained to me. Customers need to be informed fully, upfront of delays in service so that other arrangements can be made ahead of time for planning purposes. I drive eighty miles for service, and planning is of utmost importance for keeping my truck in tiptop shape. Yes, very poor customer service is deserving of a poor star rating. I cannot rate the quality of work, they say and charged me appropriately for the work, but was it really performed by a qualified technician? I drove the truck home and parked it. More

Waited all day for a simple recall fix and when I call at 4:30 for update they tell me that my car was overlooked and not even seen. Because of this My schedule was affected and I was without a car for at least 48hrs. Poor experience overall. More
I arrived 10 minutes early and advisor explained the required maintenance. The oil change with filter plus tire rotation took less than 45 minutes and was reasonably priced at less than $80. Made a 10am appointment for and oil change. The service center was busy but I didn’t think much of it because I had made an appointment. At 11:25 I noticed my GMC was still waiting in the area where I first dropped it off.When I asked why my car hadn’t been taken back I was told that they were busy and the best thing to do is be there first thing in the morning. What do I have to make an appointment for then. I told him I had to leave because I had another appointment at 12 and I was made to feel like it wasn’t a big deal, service guy said well your car is right there and the keys are in it. Wow, what a joke!!! More
