Easy to work with, friendly We were in and out. Didn't spend all day buying a car like past dealerships. Got right too bottom line. Detailing of the car was not as good as it co We were in and out. Still a lot of sticker gum on window and interior vinyl. We will have to come back because trim pieces were not put back on properly after painting. All in all, nice car do far and very comfortable transaction. More

Exceptional service Everyone at Quebedeaux always has the customer's best interest in mind. They help make the best decisions in the sales department and service. Don Edw Everyone at Quebedeaux always has the customer's best interest in mind. They help make the best decisions in the sales department and service. Don Edwards is a superb sales person. He listens and finds out what the customer wants before showing cars. He is most knowledgeable about all the vehicles so the customer can be assured they will drive away in the best vehicle for them. Adam Hensley in the service department is great. He always knows what needs to be done with one's car and sees that everything is perfect when the customer drives out after the vehicle has been serviced. We have been customers at Quebedeaux for 40 years, beginning when we first came to Tucson. We were using the service department and when it was time the next year to buy a new car, we bought it there and have been most happy all these years. This is not the "typical' dealership. There is no pressure, threats or anything. It's always a civil discussion between the employee and the customer. Finally, if there is something wrong with the car, it is corrected so that there is no need to return over and over for the same problem. More
