Awful, I should have known they were going to be a problem from the begining when they were impossible to get on the phone to discuss a truck I was interested in. After going back and forth with their sales staff (when I could actually get them to contact me) I decided to make the 5 hour drive to come purchase the truck because it was presented to me that it was a safe reliable vehicle. I arrived on the lot for my test drive of the truck and the sales person handed me a destroyed key fob that only functioned if you pressed it against the button to start the truck, I was told that's what they got and they would make me a new key fob if I drove the 5 hours back to Tucson to have their key guy do it. As a dealership why wouldn't you have a new key fob made and ready to go. Then when I got in the truck the driver mirror looked like it had been burned, which the sales person said their service department would take care of, they did not. because I had already put a deposit down on the truck and was told it was non refundable I decided to go ahead and purchase the truck because the Carfax and auto check that I was provided all said that the vehicle was well maintained and mechanicaly sound. I got the truck home and noticed almost immediately that there was a leak dripping off of the rear differential on my driveway so I took it to my local dealership to have them give it a once over. I have now been without my truck longer than Ive owned it because it needs rear axle seals replaced, pinon seal replaced, front strut replaced, the brakes need replaced, the parking brake is missing completely and other issues. I called Quebedeaux to try and get this figured out with their management team but now they are avoiding me and not returning my calls. I would never recommend them to anybody. More

The vehicle we wanted was being held for an employee who wanted GM approval for a discount. We said we would pay the sticker price and take it now. They would make the sale and get more money for it by sell wanted GM approval for a discount. We said we would pay the sticker price and take it now. They would make the sale and get more money for it by selling to us. They refused and held it for their service employee to buy. We went with a second much more expensive option. Ramon apologized for us denied our first choice and said he would get our deal sweetened as a result. Unfortunately there was anything improved or added. I was hoping for a discount on sales price or at least a some floor mats or something to make up for the inconvenience. I get taking care of employees, I like that they do that. But I don’t think it’s good business sense to deny an external customer willing to pay sticker price just so a service department employee can get a better deal than the public. And worse to disclose that to us because it feels like it was rubbing it our face that the general manager is going to prefer taking less profit to help out a coworker versus focus on a consumer. At the end of the day, it’s the external buyers that complete surveys and share their experiences with friends and family. In my opinion, there’s more at stake for a reputation standpoint when dealing with the general public. More
