Karen was very helpful. There was some mis-communication with the car rental (Enterprise) and Quality, which was frustrating, but it got worked out by the end of the day. I went out of my way to purchase my new Subaru at Quality Subaru because of this dealer's reputation. My car is off warranty and I still service it here because I think the service department really tries Subaru because of this dealer's reputation. They are always ready to answer questions. One day I had bought my own wiper blades and had bent them trying to install them. Paul Honius, the Service Manager, saw me outside struggling with them. He came out offered help and very quickly had them both installed. He did not make me feel foolish (I already did) for messing up the new blades. They're still on and working fine. I continue to recommend this dealer to my friends for sales or service. More
