He took all the time I needed to understand all of the extraordinary capabilities of this car, explaining in detail and answering all of my questions. His knowledge of this vehicle and assistance were invaluable. I look forward to enjoying this car far into the future. I am particularly amazed at the cruise control features, that are too advanced to go into here. The dealership owner, Joe Blichfeldt, is also hand on, unlike most dealerships, and is a pleasure to get to know. Quality Subaru gets five stars, and well deserves its great reputation. Bought my 1st Subaru from Quality Subaru. Met several of the staff and found all of them to be outstanding. From start to finish, John M was knowledgeable, professional and spent considerable time to ensure the staff and found all of them to be outstanding. I recently leased my first Subaru. John Melchiore was my sales & leasing consultant. He made the whole process so easy. John took plenty of time to explain the different options that were available. Upon delivery, John was very thorough, making sure to go over all the important details in the owner's manual with me. He also demonstrated the many various features within the vehicle. I even met with him for a follow up visit during which he demonstrated the My Subaru APP features. He did not leave any questions unanswered. Getting a new car during this pandemic-fueled chip shortage is no easy task. Once a model is selected, finding one actually available is almost impossible. Having selected a Subaru Forester as the shortage is no easy task. Once a model is selected, finding one actually available is almost impossible. Having selected a Subaru Forester as the chosen vehicle, the search was underway. Contacting Quality Subaru (a daughter already owns one from there), we were put in contact with Anthony Favoccia. While new to Quality, he is not new to Subaru. We quickly learned that all new models on the lot were already spoken for, as were all but one of the models in transit. After contacting most other Subaru dealers in CT, we soon learned this was the norm, only no one had even any of their in-transits available, except one, about 1-1/2 hours away. Fortunately, a return call to Anthony showed that this in-transit was still available, so we asked for their offer. Surprisingly, not only did Quality stick to MSRP (other dealers were asking up to 10% or more OVER MSRP), but also offered a generous trade-in allowance on a car currently at another dealership undergoing repairs. At the closing process, Anthony was extremely detailed and patient, as he took us thru the many features. While Anthony is too new to Quality to be listed here, he is certainly a 5-star employee. During the search process, I had numerous occasions to interact with Jack Blanchard, Quality's Customer Relations Manager. Not only did he make us a very generous offer, but Jack was entirely pleasant to deal with. In fact, when he learned of our appointment to come in for the closing, he made a point to find us and introduce himself. To close out the deal, we then met with Chris Carey for the financial end of the matter. OK, time now for the typical hard sell. Nothing like that. Yes, we were offered certain upgrades, but each was explained and compared to our ownership usage, (annual mileage, expected length of ownership, etc.). It was under 2 hours from the time we walked in, until we drove out. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Thank you Anthony, Jack, and Chris! More
