While i wasn't hurt, I still had to deal with the insurance and working 12-14 hour days at the time of the wreck. I found my car online and called Joe to have him get them ready for me to test drive. He did, we made a deal and the rest was handled mostly by emails. He worked hard to get me my rebates and answer all my questions. After get my insurance check, hubby and i spent 15 mins doing the paperwork and we were done. I love the fact that Joe is a regular kind of guy. No "salesman" crap-just honest! And Patrick Dubbs was great with the finance. So what could have been bad turned into a great experience and i love my new Jeep! More

I gave both FL dealers the chance, So I called Cancila Jeep and spoke with Ron and he was super helpful. Took all of 15 min on a call and he even had Scott pick me up from the airport.
