HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT ! My vehicle was a 2015 Chevy Tahoe with 67k miles. The check engine light came on, I brought my truck to Quality Chevrolet, after being charged $6,50 My vehicle was a 2015 Chevy Tahoe with 67k miles. The check engine light came on, I brought my truck to Quality Chevrolet, after being charged $6,500 in repairs my truck continued to have issues and went back 7 TIMES IN SIX MONTHS. Quality would have my truck for weeks at a time, This was my only vehicle and No loaner cars were ever available. They were never able to fix the problem with my truck. Every time I got my truck back it had another problem from lifters to misfires to a huge oil leak (which ruined my driveway). My truck was even returned with rubber gloves left in my engine. There was also greasy fingerprints on my ceiling by my sunroof and it was now pulling hard to the right. The service manager Mike was rude, unhelpful and never available, nor did he return calls on the status of my vehicle. I even complained to GM corporate due to their poor quality of work and service. Unfortunately I had to get rid of my Chevy Tahoe because they were never able to fix the problem and after 7 times in and out of their service department I have lost faith in my vehicle and in Chevrolet. More
So I have a 2015 silverado (got new) and just over five years in the paint is just falling off the truck, so I contacted both the dealer and GM. Deal said "out of warranty" next..... so I call GM and they years in the paint is just falling off the truck, so I contacted both the dealer and GM. Deal said "out of warranty" next..... so I call GM and they had me bring it in and said "its a known paint issue.... "out of warranty" but the dealer "QUALITY CHEVROLET",(xxxx hole) wanted to repaint it for me for 700.00 and GM would step up and cover 10% 70.00. I am so pissed and as a, or was a life time bow tie boy..... THINKING its time to look at anybody else but GM...... More
Marty was very friendly and kept me informed every step of the way on my needed repairs. He evaluated my needs and had the repairs completed in less that 5 hours. He informed me of 2 other issues that I wa of the way on my needed repairs. He evaluated my needs and had the repairs completed in less that 5 hours. He informed me of 2 other issues that I was mot aware of BUT did not push me on the additional repairs needed that he found. I will definitely take mt Impala back to him if I can't do the needed service myself. More

Efficiently fast! Had an appt for an oil change at 8am today but had a drs appt at 910am. This is not something that prolly could be done all the time, but I appreciated his effort. Payment process went quickly too. More
Joint effort to accommodate my situation the whole team I had issues with my Silverado, the service team went out of there way to help me so far and are telling me they will accommodate me with a loaner tru I had issues with my Silverado, the service team went out of there way to help me so far and are telling me they will accommodate me with a loaner truck so I can continue my work my livelihood.. it stinks to have problems with your vehicles especially one used to support your family but so far very pleased with the effort put forward to help me.. hopefully everything will go as planned.
