They fixed my car for a reasonable rate. Juan Gonzalez my service adviser solved my problems in one day. I dropped my car off at 8:30 and they called me to say it was done at one. It seems like that staff has a passive aggressive attitude towards service. I got there at 2pm. Prior to arriving, I called the service advisor to arrange for a shuttle for me. I checked in, and attitude towards service. I got there at 2pm. Prior to arriving, I called the service advisor to arrange for a shuttle for me. I checked in, and reminded them about a shuttle. At appx. 240pm, I inquired with 3 staff status on the shuttle. 1 just blew me off. 1 said "it's coming". 1 said " I'll call them". At 315pm I called for an Uber. It was only then the service manager stated to me he was stuck in traffic and it should be 15+ more minutes. Why can't these guys get it together and actually help the customer? The shuttle driver was there in 5 mins. I cancelled my uber. The driver stated his work phone has never worked, the shop won't get him a new phone, and he's using his personal phone for navigation. The only reason why I keep coming back to this dealer is because it's 4 miles from my house. Definitely not because of the staff. More
