You probably don’t want my rating. I try and try to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but I cannot honestly give a good rating to this dealership. Mike Sanchez was the only reason I continued to use quality Chevrolet for my service. I have owned three Chevy products over the past 24 years. I purchased my second vehicle from quality Chevrolet in 2013 and the reason I returned to build and buy my 2022 truck was because of the great service I received from Norman. I built it on the website and brought the specs to Norman. I was handed off to Richard, who I did not have the same level of confidence. He could not answer some questions and was actually wrong on many occasions as to what was available. Fortunately, when my truck was delivered it had everything I ordered, less the rear heated seats because of a chip issue. I was really disappointed because the components were not put in so the chip could be installed at a later date. I am greatly satisfied with the product, just not the service. I decided to purchase a $92,000 truck from quality Chevrolet and my interactions are as if I am walking in with an old beater to sell. I am not one for expecting special treatment but how about a service industry dealership that makes all owners and potential owners feel welcomed. That is not the case at quality Chevrolet. When I enter the service department I am met with stares and not one acknowledgment. A simple greeting from the staff goes a long way. It is very obvious the service staff is of the belief of “not my appointment, not my problem.” The only time I see the service coordinator is typing on his cell phone in his office. Once I interacted with Mike I at least felt like he was listening to my concerns. Along with Mike, the cashier staff is also very friendly and make me feel valued when I interact with them and the parts department are normally friendly to interact with, however the lack of products on the shelves make it difficult to purchase Chevy backed products from the dealership. Customer service is the key to return clients and referrals. I have a difficult time referring my friends to Quality Chevrolet because I do not feel valued or appreciated for being a loyal customer. We also own four Minis and the service and interaction provided by the BMW/ Mini across the street from Quality Chevrolet is night and day. Maybe some lessons can be learned from that BMW/Mini dealership. This week I finally was able to communicate with the staff member who called me regarding a part ordered for my truck. I called and left a message three times in a two week period with no response. My fourth call (yes, I called not a returned call) was finally answered and an appointment set, but the interaction was not friendly at all. I also learned Mike Sanchez is no longer an advisor at the dealership. Truly the only reason I still use this dealership for service is because the oil change and tire rotation are included as part of the agreement for purchasing my truck from this dealership. Two stars for the cashiers and parts staff. More
I really appreciate the honesty and work ethic of Quality Chevrolet. We have a Chevy Volt that I brought in for an oil change. I really appreciate that Rojelio was honest with me and told me we actually didn Chevrolet. We have a Chevy Volt that I brought in for an oil change. I really appreciate that Rojelio was honest with me and told me we actually didn't need one at this time because it's a PHEV. He was observant and notice the key fob batter was low so he offered to change that out. I am a loyal customer because I always feel confident they are looking out for my best interest with my vehicle and not just looking to get the most revenue from each customer. Thank you!! More
