The Service Representative who assisted me was professional, courteous and appeared to be very good at his job. I think his name was Joshua Snodgrass; he had a ponytail. The only observation I'd like to bring up pertained to the mechanic(s) who worked on my vehicle. Although I'm sure it was merely an oversite at the end of the day, I wanted to mention that they left oily hand marks all over the edges of my vehicle's hood, both fenders and the top of the grill. This is not a big deal, and I certainly do not need a call back from a supervisor. I just wanted to bring this matter to someone's attention. Thanks, Rob Mitchell More

Scheduled service for 2017 Silverado 1500 check engine light using online scheduling service. When I first arrived, Rogelio told me they usually don’t do check engine lights at 3pm, but it let me beca light using online scheduling service. When I first arrived, Rogelio told me they usually don’t do check engine lights at 3pm, but it let me because I scheduled online, and that I should call in the future. Then Rogelio took a personal call in the middle of our conversation. Told that they would run a diagnostic, I would get a call and should be able to pick up the vehicle in a few days. Didn’t receive a call at all the next day. Had to call them and was told the diagnostic returned a misfire code. Friday received a call from Bill, filling in for Rogelio, and was told that the check engine light had gone off, yet recommended Engine and Trans mount replacement (for a cylinder misfire?) as well as a bunch of other services totaling to about $5600. This seemed a bit bizarre so I reached out to a mechanic I know and they said this was unreasonable and didn’t really make sense, which confirmed my suspicion. I called back to tell them I wanted to pick up my vehicle but was left on hold for 15 mins and lost service on the 45 min backroad drive to the service center from my home. I figured no big deal, I’ll just let them know once I’m there, but when I arrived Bill seemed surprised and annoyed. He told me that I couldn’t pick up the car until the next day. I was confused, and asked him if there was any way I could could pick it up today, and he got flustered and was kind of rude. I pressed a bit more, he made a call, and said it would be ready in an hour. Why not just do that in the first place? His behavior was bizarre. When I came back, Bill was still coming off very rude and wouldn’t make eye contact at all. Said “go to the back, pay the cashier, and I’ll give you the keys”. So I did, paid $215 for the diagnostic, which is a lot but totally what I agreed to so no big deal. Came back to the desk, Bill gives me the keys, and I say “thanks so much for your help”. His response is “yep” still no eye contact. The combination of the high cost of the recommended service, for a truck that really has no noticeable or pressing issues other than a check engine light that turns off on its own, along with poor communication, nervous and odd behavior, and bad customer service made this experience feel kind of scammy and not pleasant at all. Will not be returning. More

I had an oil change scheduled and called in the morning to price out tires as well. I was out on hold for a long period of time and hung up. I tried calling a little while later again to check tire prices. I spoke with another person who started looking up prices. Before he got to the price the phone disconnected. He had my info but did not call me back. Came in later and service writer did not even make eye contact asked for my keys to get info from my truck. Said it would be done in about 90 minutes. In the lobby the cashier called for me and I picked up my vehicle and left. Had no other interaction with my service advisor. No recommended services. Nothing. Very disappointed and will be purchasing my tires from someone else. More
