The work was done in a timely fashion. However, it took 45 minutes to get a return phone call to let me know when the car would be ready. I was on hold for over 6 minutes, with two different people who picked up and immediately put me back on hold. Three times I got the Answering Service stating that I could stay on the line if I wanted the operator - after less than one minute the call was dropped. Very frustrating when you cannot get a "real" person with whom to speak when you call. More
