Mr. Singleterry, I have been a loyal customer for a long time and have had my vehicles serviced at Quality Cheverlet Escondido without a hitch or hiccup and have been very pleased with the service I have received. A discussion on this matter is really not needed. I just want you to know that this time your service department let me down. They did not do there due diligence in checking my issue as they should have. Instead, I had to prove to your personnel that there really was an issue and this should not have happened. I hope that you will take the appropriate action to insure no one else is inconvenienced and receive the service you promise to provide. I do have to say that Maria did a great job after being put in the position of appologizing for something she did not have any control over and did her best to correct the issue. Thank you.
