Went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation something that is offered at the dealership for free with every new Chevy you buy it took them from 8 AM to 5 PM to complete my oil change. Received my truck back and found grease spots in numerous areas. The quarter panel where a mechanic leaned into motor area was all smudged and dirty. Also found a new scratch on the back quarter panel that areas. The quarter panel where a mechanic leaned into motor area was all smudged and dirty. Was very dissatisfied given I bought this truck from this dealer. More

Had to make the appointment so they could order the parts for a recall. Made my appointment on time and was told "1 week" because they had to order the parts for the recall. 1 week later, "we'll have it done for a recall. Made my appointment on time and was told "1 week" because they had to order the parts for the recall. 1 week later, "we'll have it done next week." Next week, "gonna be a couple more days. 3 and a half weeks later, "might be tomorrow because there's a vehicle here that's been here longer than yours." I told them I was gonna pick up the truck until they could find time to fix it. So they fixed it and I got it back on day 24. Very frustrating and disappointing. More
