The first words to me out of the service reps mouth; "we just got it, we won't even look at it for a week". This is before even knowing what the problem was or listening to my situation. It seemed so ar just got it, we won't even look at it for a week". This is before even knowing what the problem was or listening to my situation. It seemed so arrogant to me and he was more interested in lowering my expectations for service than actually just taking care of the vehicle or serving. I don't know what kind of training they are doing but I wouldn't call it service oriented. More

Took our work truck in for an oil change and to check what the ticking noise was. They did the oil change but did not check the noise. They had it all day and now I will have to take it in again.
