I had the feeling that didn't really need my vehicle so didn't matter how long it took to complete. Made an appointment for this work ~month in advance, seemed like day of wasn't even looked at. No call, n didn't matter how long it took to complete. Made an appointment for this work ~month in advance, seemed like day of wasn't even looked at. No call, no status day 1.? 2nd day received status, but too late in day to source parts and get warrantee approval. So 4 days without vehicle but finally got completed. Seems like not stocking parts is also the norm these days? More

Oil change was done very quickly. However my front license plate frame was completely broken. The service guy asked me if I wanted a carwash, in which I replied "No Thank You" well I However my front license plate frame was completely broken.
