This is the 2nd vehicle we purchased from Quality, and the 6th Tahoe/Suburban over the years. The first truck was easy, no fuss, and we got exactly what we wanted. With this purchase, it was easy, but I was a bit disconcerted when we went through the cost, and the "optional" purchase were already applied/attached to the truck, and could not be removed. I understand the paint coating can't be removed, but none of the options were really options, including a digital license plate that I never would have purchased. And none of the "optional equipment" was listed on the window sticker; it should have been considering it wasn't optional, so it was definitely a surprise. I would have given 5 stars, except for the issue with "optional" items, which raised my purchase price by $4000. More

I tried to schedule an appointment online, however the first appointment was months away. I called to try to make an appointment on two occasions, never got a call back. Finally I got in touch with someone and they got me in a week later, which was much better than trying to schedule online. Took my truck in for its 3rd battery in 5 years, which seems a little crazy to me. I agreed to leave my truck overnight so they could run some tests on it. I asked when it would be finished and they told me around 10 am. That were very nice and gave me a ride home. The next day, I called around 12 to get an update on my truck. I got a call back after 1 saying they are still running tests on it. I finally got my truck around 5 pm. The service writer should have called me in the morning to let me know that it would have taken longer than expected to fix my truck, instead of me calling them for an update. 10 am and 5 pm is a big difference in time. This is the second service writer I have had in the past couple of months. I took my truck in another time and they damaged it backing out of the bay after an oil change. It had to go to the auto body shop to be repaired. It had to go back 3 times because they didn't get the work completed correctly. The service center manager didn't even apologize and gave me attitude when I questioned their inability to get the work done the right way. The only reason I go back there is because of the lifetime oil change or else they would never get my business. More

Just shy of 7k markup from where we started- This markup was explained to be mostly rebates that I’m missing out on which is very fishy. California rebate would NOT be worth that much for a v8, and I’ve confirmed from other certified GM dealers that you can only stack one rebate + Chevy Cash at this time… Don’t expect an easy experience. This dealership will attempt to nickel and dime. Read all other reviews too. Now I know I’m not the only one. More
