Told me to return after warranty expired ...did not honor it For regular maintenance the service is excellent and I have nothing extraordinary to note, but in terms of honoring warranties I feel that I have been For regular maintenance the service is excellent and I have nothing extraordinary to note, but in terms of honoring warranties I feel that I have been scammed. Let me explain. I bought a used GMC in November 2014 with all the pre-owned warranty and paid for the extra year of extended warranty. On the Summer of 2015, still under warranty, I brought the car in to get the AC fixed - the technicians could not figure out the leak so they filled the AC Gas and put ink to figure out the leak. They asked me to bring the car back the next summer to see where the leak was. I asked if the problem would still be covered under warranty I they said yes.....guess what....the AC problem did not appear again until now in September (because they re-filled the AC gas) and they will not take ownership of the problem. In conclusion, I bought a pre owned certified vehicle, brought it in during the warranty time, they could not diagnose the issue, told me to bring it back after the warranty had expired - they tell me that I need to pay because the warranty has expired!!!! More

I picked up TAHOE after 32 days and worst than before - I get lies and stories about parts not in. Truck is were I left it 2 weeks ago!! Stay Away!!!!! More

Horrible Customer Relationship Dealership does not stand by what they sell. Dealership took six attempts to correct a problem that should have been corrected the first time and them Dealership does not stand by what they sell. Dealership took six attempts to correct a problem that should have been corrected the first time and them indicates that the monitor cold not locate the problem. The inconvenience of bringing my car back and no concern for the safety of my family has caused me to NEVER BUY A CAR from General Motors or this dealership EVER AGAIN. More
