Extremely Poor Experience and Customer Service I brought my car in because AC was not blowing cold midmorning. I was told by service advisor that they would have to look at it to determine the len I brought my car in because AC was not blowing cold midmorning. I was told by service advisor that they would have to look at it to determine the length of repair that was covered by warranty. I stated that if the car could not be ready by close of business, I would like to take it and bring it back another day because I needed the car the following morning. The advisor said they couldnt tell until it was looked at and she would call as soon as she knew. In addition, I was not offered a ride home and I had to ask for one. I was told they would call me as soon as they knew anything. All afternoon goes by and I did not hear from my service advisor. I assumed the car was being repaired and would be ready shortly. I called at 5pm to get status. Only cashier was available, my service advisor left for the day WITHOUT calling me and letting me know what was going on. The cashier called the sevice advisor and said it would be ready the following evening. She said a leak was found and parts had to be replaced. I made it very clear to the sevice advisor that I needed my car and if it wasnt going to be ready I would take it and bring it back another time. I was told.it would be looked and I would be called with information which never happened. I ended up picking up my car without the work getting done that evening. Th service advisor and service manager where unavailable when I picked up vehicle. I went back the next day to speak with service advisor, she was not there and the other advisors didnt care about the way I was treated. I tried to make an appointment which I was able to get in after waiting a few days. I did bring my car back and get work done. Original service advisor didnt care about what happened and didnt apologize for her poor customer service and poor communication. I have been to service in the past with no issues but this experience was unacceptable. It would have been fine if the service advisor was apologetic for dropping the ball and failing to communicate. Or even if they offered to pay a oil change. Instead I spent 2 long days at the service center and had a poor experience. More

Too Many Hands I had an appt for a recall and was told on the phone it would only take 5 mins and even went into details of what had to be done, I got there and was I had an appt for a recall and was told on the phone it would only take 5 mins and even went into details of what had to be done, I got there and was told it would take over an hour and my appt was for 2:00 not 3:30 like I was told over the phone. I gave the customer service rep the day and time of the phone call so she could go back to the tape to listen bc I know what I was told. I had to leave early from work for this. I had to reschedule which meant I had to leave early another day. For my first time going to this dealership it was dealt a very bad impression but when I finally did go back everything was fine. People were very nice to me and service was great.. More

4 hours to Rotate Tires / 10 min Software Update I was planning to wait for the car as they just had to rotate my tires. Due to the small scope of work, they informed me to bring my Bolt EV at noon. Of course, the ONLY technician who works on Bolts was out to lunch?! So I went back to work. Never received a call and I came back at 4 and it still wasn’t available. Waited another 15 minutes. Really not customer oriented. They were pleasant but didn’t put the customers needs first. If you have a choice, choose another dealership for your needs. Smaller gripes ... they didn’t top off the tire pressures, I did that when I came home. They didn’t bother to plug it in to top off a charge. Not expected but they didn’t even think it might be nice or helpful. More
