I checked all the fluids and took it for a test drive hitting the Pittsburgh pot holes and listening. The car drove straight coasting and accelerating and stopping. I had a question about the battery having a red dot for the maintenance light and wasn't too sure so Barry replaced it, the mirror that was knocked off and the fender well liner that was missing and he replaced them. He also fixed the loose mirror on the right side as well. Yes every car leaves with an inspection. We were told that the rear breaks and rotors were replaced as well as the wiper blades. When I got home as I always do after an inspection I go over the breaks and re-torque the wheel to make sure nothing was missed. I found that the rear breaks and rotors were not replaced, but they are still in good shape. They gave us an invoice of what was done to get the car ready for me stating the rear breaks and rotors were replaced as well as the wipers. I just was not appreciative of the fluff to pump up the sale. I already was buying it, the fluff was not necessary. Barry, and Nanette bent over backwards to get me this car. They are very friendly and if you don't feel comfortable about something they will work with you to fix it. They want you to be happy with your purchase, and I am happy. Bottom line I got a good car at a fair price. My advice is with any used car if you don't know cars take it to a mechanic during the test drive by setting up an appointment. More

They worked with me for almost a month to help me get the car that I wanted. They could have easily sold the car to another customer. Yes, the rate isn't good, but neither was my credit. But, there were also no extra fees that are typically associated when buying a car with bad credit. My finance company has been great to deal with, also. Some issues have come up with the car recently, and although I have been a bit of a pain trying to get my car repaired, they have been nothing but patient and professional every time I have spoken with them. They are working to get my car back to the way it was running when I purchased it. My 2004 Jetta has been a very reliable pre-owned vehicle. I have not been a day without my car yet, even with the issues that have arisen. So, if you are looking for a dealership that can possibly get you into a vehicle, this is an excellent one to deal with. More
