This place is horrendous. The sales staff is probably one of the most unprofessional I have ever dealt with. His number ends in 1715 - literally unbelievable. I have never been in negotiations with someone that would continue to respond with “lol” like a 7yr old. Not to mention when we went on a test drive he sat on his phone the whole time and barely answered questions. When he did answer it was wrong and not helpful. I was severely low balled on my trade in - atleast 7k lower than KBB, carmax, and other dealers. My recommendation is goto Paramus, Mendham, Wayne - literally anywhere else besides this place. More
