Bought a used car from out of state after a video walk-around, exactly as advertised. Everything was very professional. Only thing that could have been done better was the price increased by $5K afte walk-around, exactly as advertised. Everything was very professional. Perhaps market fluctuation is common but still this much adjustment is not really acceptable IMHO. Ultimately they did bring the price back down close to the original advertised price, so I can't complaint too much. Communication was excellent. Staff were all pleasant. Delivery was quite fast.
