I was in on a 2015 F-150 that was listed for $27,400. I was very interested. Went for a test drive and I was going to purchase the truck. When it came time to review numbers they added a $1,250 destinati I was very interested. Went for a test drive and I was going to purchase the truck. When it came time to review numbers they added a $1,250 destination fee and a $3,850 re-conditioning fee on top of the sale price. If I decided to pay cash they were going to charge a $1,750 non-finance fee on top of everything else. They said the re-conditioning fee was for cleaning and multi-point inspection. When I requested a print out of the service that was done they refused and said that is something they do not do. The truck was dirty and out of gas. It looked like someone leaned on the tailgate and smoked letting all of the ash stick to the truck. We had to stop for fuel on the test drive. I drove two hours one way to see this truck. I had a real exception experience with the car buying process at Quality Auto. Rupert my sale agent was very professional. He was not pushy. They listen to me work with me to get my target price. $3300 in "dealer fees"! Bought my new car the very next day at a different dealer without any bullsh*it extra fees. They do have a great car selection, it's too bad the sales tactics are so sketchy. More

I intended to purchase a BMW X5M – Stock #RAM8857 but was not satisfied with the condition of the vehicle which was supposedly "certified" It needed tires and had several tacky aftermarket adornments like orange calipers, black BMW roundels which should have been blue, an after market exhaust and steering wheel. I am a purist and wanted an original vehicle. After demanding a refund of my deposit I was told that of the $2,000 deposit they used $1,300 to buy tires even after I told them several times that i was not interested in the vehicle. I ended up purchasing a CPO 2012 BMWX5M from a reputable BMW dealer which I should have done in the first place More
