I brushed the left quarter panel of my vehicle up pretty good while backing into my garage space a couple of weeks ago creating a couple of significant dents, not to mention a paint scratch about two and a good while backing into my garage space a couple of weeks ago creating a couple of significant dents, not to mention a paint scratch about two and a half feet wide as it was long. Certain dings and paint scrapes I can live with but others are just too much of an eye sore so stupidity aside, I sought out a repair shop that would restore my vehicle to its prior condition. Having read a few reviews about Quality, I gave them a call. Quality provided me with an estimate that was reasonable and within two days had my car back as good as new. You'd never know there had been any damage to my vehicle. I found Quality to be honest, forthcoming as well as sympathetic to my situation. They were reliable and the collision repair technician did an outstanding job at a relatively affordable cost (although cost can be somewhat subjective). I never bothered with other estimates as I felt comfortable that I was in good hands. Sometimes you go with gut and I'm happy I chose Quality. I can't say enough about the quality of Quality. I was in Manhattan when my car was rear ended by a full size van. The van drove off but left my Mercedes and myself stranded in the middle of the street. I called Quality and they promptly sent a towtruck out to my location. If it was not for Quality's first rate tow service then I would have been stranded in the city for hours. I have used Mercedes of Manhattan before with horrible results. Mercedes of Manhattan is not independently owned so the service is just not there. On the other hand, the owners of Quality are onsite and will do whatever they can to help you out. Need a ride? No problem. Need your car towed right now? No problem. I just received the vehicle back today and am writing this review from Quality. They do have a free wi-fi service for those waiting in the lobby along with free coffee and snacks. The car looks great with no problems. I would most certainly come to this shop again. Great service! Great work! More

My Silver Porsche 911 was rear-ended on the highway and had to be towed. I called my Ray Catena dealership and they had Quality Auto Body come pick up my car. I honestly thought I would not see my Porsche for several months, however, they had it back to me within 1 week. When I picked up my car, I went over it thoroughly and it was perfect. My friends have had work done on their Porsches in the past by other shops and the color never seemed to match. However, my paint had a perfect match. Quality even took care of this small dent I had on the door for free. I would definitely recommend Quality Auto Body to my friends and family. They have been in business since the 1970s and all they work on is high-end vehicles. This is the only shop I would trust my Porsche. More
