Scratches After Service Jeep was scheduled for undercoating. When I picked it up and on the way home I noticed what appeared to be a long mark on the rear plastic window. Whe Jeep was scheduled for undercoating. When I picked it up and on the way home I noticed what appeared to be a long mark on the rear plastic window. When I got home I felt it to see if it would come off only to discover someone ran a key across it because I can feel the grooves. Then using a flashlight grease or oil mark's from someone's fingers all over the doors with scratches. From either they had the key in their hand and kept opening and closing the door with the key in their hand marking up the paint or from a ring on their hand. Either way, xxxx poor job and to pay this kind of money only to get it back with marks all over it, that's pure incompetence and I would NOT recommend. More

Started off ok but went downhill quick Decided on a car, discussed numbers and we agreed, then they ran credit check to get me financing, then when it came time to start the official paperw Decided on a car, discussed numbers and we agreed, then they ran credit check to get me financing, then when it came time to start the official paperwork the numbers had changed, and not by a little, by a lot! Asked about it and got the biggest bunch of b.s. I ever heard! Well this is the same we are just showing that over here and yadda yaddda yadda....well then why isn't the bottom line the same?!? So I cancelled the deal and went on my way. Several days or week passes and I start getting credit check notifications in the mail, and they just kept coming and coming!! What is going on here?!? Come to find out that they ran my credit 18 times and my wife's 12 times!! Without approval!! Without letting me know!! I asked them to correct this and get them off of my credit report and they didn't want to here it....I'll stop here on this subject because I'm getting irritated again... Next, the service department - what a joke! Hope you never have to get squeezed in for something urgent because they don't care, "I'm sorry, the next available appointment is..." They don't even put forth any effort to make it possible. That would take work and the lazy service manager they have is allergic to work it seems. Also, I had my last car (traded in at another dealership recently) in there for service, I was getting an intermittent notification that module needed cleaned or adjusted, well after 3 visits they finally managed to break the bracket that it is attached too and now it doesn't work at all! Warranty wouldn't cover it and Quigley wouldn't fix it - you know what they said to me, "you probably hit a snow bank!" Are you serious?! Are you !*@&$#! kidding me?! Ok...getting irritated again... And just as a final note, if you are looking for a vehicle with any options, not just the bare bones base model, you probably want to shop elsewhere. Don't get me wrong, they do have a few here and there with options, but mostly they bring in the bottom half of a model line, most don't even have GPS! Had Quigley been a hard working, customer centered, honest, fair dealership they would have sold me my new Hellcat, but instead I bought it elsewhere. You should go elsewhere too! More

Their salesman are plain lazy. Take your business else where. I'll never consider buying a vehicle from quigley dodge again. More

OVERALL A PRETTY GOOD EXPERIENCE After looking at some new jeeps, I came across this website and figured I'd fill you in on my experience as I already have on yelp. I've noticed this After looking at some new jeeps, I came across this website and figured I'd fill you in on my experience as I already have on yelp. I've noticed this dealership hasn't had the best reviews in the past which I find kind of strange. I bought 2 jeeps from them in the past (2012 Jeep Wrangler and a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee) and both times I dealt with Brett Hoffman directly. Both times, I found the vehicle I wanted on their lot and left with it the same day, happily. I'll buy from them again, no doubt. More
Will NEVER recommend this Dealership Didn't acknowledge internet pricing at lot. Refused to offer anything for our trade-in. Only reduced price w trade to internet price. Their used van was dirty and obviously well used but only 1 year old. Interior of my 8-year old trade-in was better condition . They were going to give me an answer on financing costs and would get back to me in 45 minutes or so. After 90 minutes of waiting I found another dealer w the same year, style, color, less mileage, roughly the same price. Almost 4 hours after leaving Quigly, their business manger called w numbers. Bought a car from another dealer who wanted to sell a car and didn't mind dealing with a woman, better price & condition. Called Quigley on the next business day to cancel the deal. Over a month later Quilgley sends a letter for a denial for credit!! No wonder their sales floor had no customers! More
