I was a little upset this time with quigley of boyertown, PA. They had my truck for (2) days approximately a few weeks prior to this appointment for the same concerns. This time they finally listened to me a PA. They had my truck for (2) days approximately a few weeks prior to this appointment for the same concerns. This time they finally listened to me about the exhaust rattle and found a loose exhaust clamp and were able to find the sqilling noise on the passenger side which has been there for awhile and repair that which was the E brake. Then when I picked up my truck there was minor damage on the front bumper were someone backed into it in their parking lot. I reported to the service manager and pictures were taken but have heard nothing back. I would like to continue to take my truck here for service but if this type of service continues I will go elsewhere. Please start listening to your customers when they have a concern and not tie up their vehicle for nothing. Thank you and have a great day. More
