I MOST SAY STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They lie to you. I was told that I could only get a new car which was a car with a 800 car note that I wasnt going to agree to seat at car dealership They lie to you. I was told that I could only get a new car which was a car with a 800 car note that I wasnt going to agree to seat at car dealership till they close than they brought out 3 cars to choose from i really didnt like any but I went with the black sportage. Not to mention I live 2 hours away. Long sorry short I come to find out this car isnt new they had just gt it as a trade in the night i purchase come to find out car wasnt inspected or anything sales person told me on side. Since I have brought this car back 3 times and my engine is ticking. Plus I have text messages where I was promise money I am seeking an attorney...... and trust me i keep all the black white (promises in writing) to back my claim up. New GM, fantastic buying experience I've never bought a car from a dealership because they've always been so pushy and rude and even made me cry once. I looked for a car from an individu I've never bought a car from a dealership because they've always been so pushy and rude and even made me cry once. I looked for a car from an individual for about a month and found one, but the owner backed out. I was hesitant to even step into a dealership, but I saw this car on their website and had to at least drive through their parking lot. I got out to look at it and was left alone for about 10 minutes before Johnny Garth came out to talk, and then we took a test drive. At no point did I feel pressured. They even dropped the price for me. I met the new GM Johnny (sorry can't remember his name) and was allowed to drive the car to Crossville the next day to my credit Union with no deposit or anything. Came back, spent about 15 minutes organizing paperwork while they DETAILED it for me. Very satisfied with the staff. Everyone from top to bottom was very nice. I would recommend giving them a chance since it seems former reviewers gave them a 1 star before new management. More
