This is the most crookest place we have ever delt with. We spent almost $900.00 getting our car serviced and it is still doing the same thing. They made it plain that they were not going to make it right. We spent almost $900.00 getting our car serviced and it is still doing the same thing. They made it plain that they were not going to make it right. I blew up. Who in the xxxx wouldn't. I remember Joel Kelly back when he worked at the chevrolet place in dalton ga. and sold me a lemon in 82. He didn't want to make that right but the men in the service dept. said that he would have had to known that they were major problems with the car. I finally got it fixed right by them after I kept pushing it. No wonder it was rated so very low. More

I feel I got mislead on pricing at Pye Nissan. I bought a car from them and on the window they had Kelly Blue Book price as $21,200 and under that they had their price as $16,995. My husband and I traded our car from them and on the window they had Kelly Blue Book price as $21,200 and under that they had their price as $16,995. My husband and I traded our van with low millage for this car because I wanted a smaller car and thought with K.B.B price being $21,200 we could not go wrong and also they had a carfax price as $20,875 After we agreed to buy this car they agreed to clean it up and change the oil while we went home and got the check and the title and also promised a second key to be made after the weekend if the owner before me could not find it. When we got back to the dealership nothing was done to the car except the price was washed off the window. Later that night my husband was thinking of trading his truck also for a suv and thought he would check K.B.B and see what the trade in was for his truck and he put in to see what the car I just bought was worth and we could not believe it when K.B.B. price in excellent condition was only $14,880 and good condition was only $13,980. I bought the car on a Sat. and Mon. I went back and told them I could not believe a big car dealer like Pye would stoop so low as to put a price on the window that said the car was worth $21,200 and it isn't worth near that much.I told them I tought that was tricking the people. The Manger said they are allowed to put excellent condition in K.B.B That thats all that it will let them put in. I told him that even in excellent condition it was not worth near that much. I told him he should have used excellent with my trade in if he was going to use excellent for his car I told him that was double standard. He said he didn't do anything wrong. I also told him carfax does not rate the price of a car the dealer puts that price in and when they where trying to sell the car to us they kept telling us what K.B.B. and Carfax pricing is. I was really angry I told him I was not given the Multi - Point Vechicle Inspection until they gave me the papers that I signed he said it should have been in the glove box I told him it wasnt in the glove box.The Multi- Point Vechicle Inspection had that the car needed left and right break linings. I told him how could this car be priced as excellent when it needs all this work done to it. I asked him if they would fix the break linings and he said no. Now I have to also pay to have the breaks fixed and the rotors turned. I also did not get my oil changed they just reset the gauge. I called and asked to make an appointment to talk to Mr.Pye I wanted to see if he knows what is going on in his lot but they asked me to email my problem and they would see to it he got it. Well a couple days later the same guy that sold me the car called me.I told him I have talked to him twice and he would not help me. He said that he sold me the car so he was who I had to talk to. I tryed to talk to him again about how that was really wrong to put a price on that car that was not even close to what he said K.B.B. He said he would change the oil for me and clean the car and make me a key but that is all he was going to do. And in return I would have to keep my mouth shut an stop bad mouthing him. I told him I already cleaned the car and have someone to change the oil and I will have a key made. The three things he was offering me was what was promised me when I bought the car. He called me a hardhead and said I was stuborn well I feel I am standing up for what I think is right and My husband and my son fought for my freedom of speech. I told him everything I have said is the truth and he did not deny it. I told him I checked with other car dealers and none of them do what he does all he said was good for them. I am going to do whatever I can to let the people know what to watch out for with this car dealer. I feel I should have got the same honesty with this car as I gave him when I traded my car in. I am going to get my message out in any way I can. I told them I will use facebook, myspace and blog to get this unjustice out so maybe someone wont feel so taken like I do. I never used small car dealers because I know most can't be trusted but never would I have thought a dealership as big as Pye Nissan would mislead people with their pricing. Needless to say they lost a sale from us when my husband traded his car to Prater Ford and we where amazed that they pulled up the price of the car without us saying a word and showed us the prices of both his and the one he bought and they DID NOT USE EXCELLENT for their pricing. Also Mr Prater came by when we were in the office and shook our hands and thanked us for our bussiness . Thats a good bussinessman thats why I cant understand why Mr Pye would not sit down with us and explain why his dealership prices cars with misleading prices. Maybe Mr Pye never got the message. If anyone bought a car from this dealership please check your K.B.B to see if your car also had a price rated from them as excellent condition. If you where please be heard don't let them keep getting away with this misleading practice. When I said I was going to see if I can find out if other pople had this promblem the Manager said their was'nt any others not sure if that means I was the only one or not. More
