Great Subaru service as always Came in for an oil change. It was easy to set up the appointment online. Was met and the dealer by very friendly staff, Ethan was the person I worked Came in for an oil change. It was easy to set up the appointment online. Scheduled appt for oil change - after 3 hrs still not done Had an appt today for a routine oil change. Arrived 30 min early and checked in. They said it would be fine to wait for it ... that they only had two Had an appt today for a routine oil change. Arrived 30 min early and checked in. They said it would be fine to wait for it ... that they only had two other cars also waiting. After almost three hours they had not even touched my vehicle and it was going to be another 45 minutes for the guys to take lunch. Ha. I left. For a 49 oil change, I should have been in and out in an hour, will a free coffee, donut and a smile. I left with only a "we're sorry" from the service guys. This place needs to be bought by a larger franchise and upgraded to the current century. Disappointed. Won't be back. More
