They do not honor their words or try to make good on things they should. I bought an enclave there and was told that it had been "put through the ringer" and is just like new. Well 3 months later when the first rain hit......surprise, there's a leak in the sunroof. That would've been fine if they would've done the right thing which is fix the leak. I had even bought the extended warranty, which they claim covers everything BUT that, and expect me to pay an obscene amount, considering I only had it for 3 months!! I also didn't appreciate the "its not our fault" attitude that Charlie had during the whole ordeal. I will NEVER buy from them again and will advise everyone I know to steer clear of that place!! Mr. Sanchez provided us with knowledge and his personal expertise which helped us make such a big decision. We appreciated that he was working with us to find a car for our needs. Horrible dealership. Dishonest and shady. They will promise to fix anything, just sign on the dotted line. When it comes down to it, don't expect them to actually honor a "work due" contract. Pat Putnam advised would not honor part of my work due at all - and said to "sue him". The part they did honor was not totally fixed, was somewhat fixed, repainted and glossed over. I have bought numerous vehicles in my life and have always had a fine experience until this one. Stay far away from this dealership, and give your money to a better company that actually cares about ethics, reputation and your return business. More
