When we arrived at the Purvis service center to pick up our car there was no one at the service desk. A woman was standing just a few feet away and looked at us three times in about 5 mins but said nothing our car there was no one at the service desk. When I spoke up and asked if this was where you pick up your car she turned and said yes and she would be with us in a minute. Really, she couldn’t say right away that she would be right with us. And I pointed out to the rep when I dropped off the car that one tire was missing a stem cap and could they replace it. I asked three times before leaving the car. Yep, no cap on the stem when I got home. So for a 5 cent stem cap and lack of customer service I give Purvis a 1 Star rating. More

Always friendly professional service. Came in with a check engine light issue. They found a blown fuse, and were even kind enough to provide a diagram to show which one it was should it happen again. check engine light issue. Excellent Service....Always I just had my last service at Purvis Ford in Fredericksburg VA. It's the last because I'm moving out of the area. They are the best! From Mr. Eli Patrick, the owner, to the Service Department rep Tony Simms, all are customer focused always! It's a comfortable friendly environment. They provide a great place to wait when it's necessary. There is a clean comfortable friendly waiting area with wifi and a business center (water and coffee provided too!). I may come back to the state of VA just to buy my next car from Purvis Ford. The next Ford dealer I walk into better be on their game because Purvis Ford has set the bar very high!! More

Not their fault. I have in the past walked into the service area and wondered if I was invisible; but this time, Tony, was right there and willing to help. He was cou I have in the past walked into the service area and wondered if I was invisible; but this time, Tony, was right there and willing to help. He was courteous, friendly, and likable even after I told him I wasn't going to go through with the maintenance. It was not cost effective to me and I had hoped that the very expensive warranty I had would cover it. Tony explained why it wouldn't be covered, but if I forget to keep filling the car with tranny fluid due to holes in the cooler lines, the tranny will eventually be destroyed and the warranty will then cover it. Whatever happened to the "ounce of prevention" thing? I am very disappointed in EasyCare Warranty; but Tony's attempt to provide care for me and my car was outstanding. More
