Initial contact was with sales manager who provided me an excellent overview of my options. My order was placed on line with delivery to occur in 9 months to one year. Service to my vehicle was provided efficiently and well. Dealer has a fairly short limit on distance to provide rides. This is a significant inconvenience in a spread out area. The service dept. is great. The transmission guy top notch.! Extended warranty ends up spending more trying to shortcut and that requires much more time to get the veh is great.
