My car sat there for one week without any diagnosis. Finally had to get it towed again at my own expense to someone who could look at the car and tell me what the issue was. I understand the dealership might be short handed but they should have let me know up front that it would be awhile before they could look at my vehicle. It took MUCH TOO LONG (nearly 4 hours) to effect an oil change, annual inspection and tire rotation. I was initially informed it should take about 2 hours. Why wasn’t I informed about this when I brought t change, annual inspection and tire rotation. I was initially informed it should take about 2 hours. Returned my vehicle ($235 charge) and problem not completely fixed. There is no way they did a final test drive and did not see the problem was still there. I talked with three different service folk completely fixed. There is no way they did a final test drive and did not see the problem was still there. I talked with three different service folks over a period of about a month and still had to explain the problem again when I picked the vehicle up. The only information was in the computer was from my first visit, before I replace the plugs and battery. More
The service department is terrible! I had an appointment on the 18th they didn't actually get to my truck till 3 days later. I had to keep calling. I understand busy and service shops are not the most expedient places. What really ticked me off was when I made the appointment I told them I had a 3rd party warranty by name. They made it seem like they took it so I decided to take my truck there. They started doing some diagnostics 3 days later. I call to get an update on my car. They give me some information on what's wrong but needed to complete the diagnostics. I remind them that I have the 3rd party warranty. The service rep then tells me they don't take the warranty and it is going to cost me a bit over $200.00 just for the diagnostics. I told him when I made the appt I said I have this specific warranty. I would not have taken my truck there had I known they didn't take the warranty. Now they want all this money before I can tow my truck to another place that does take the warranty. I cant tell you how angry they made me with their disorganization and miscommunication . I can see why they have a lot of bad reviews and this is just another one to add to it. More
