I have been buying my vehicles and having them serviced by Purvis Ford for years. However, I have noticed that the service department has fallen behind in quality and service. I took my 2022 Ford Escape in by Purvis Ford for years. However, I have noticed that the service department has fallen behind in quality and service. I took my 2022 Ford Escape in for service. It appears the service department when I took in on Satuday morning was woefully understaffed. When my vehicle was finally ready, I observed the Service Manager was doing everything on his own. The cashier did not show up for wok. This obvioulsy slowed things down a bit. Purvis really needs to revamp its Service Department to ensure they are fully staffed when they are open, and offer swift and reliable service. More
Comments are primarily customer service related. Purvis Ford leadership really needs to look at the front end of the service center. Upon arriving, my wife waited in her vehicle in the service bay Purvis Ford leadership really needs to look at the front end of the service center. Upon arriving, my wife waited in her vehicle in the service bay for 10 minutes. Then asked if someone was helping her by an employee which she replied she had not. Employee said he'd get someone out. Waited another 10 minutes and was asked was she being helped. Responded "no" and the employee actually said he could not get anyone's attention so it would be best for her to go in the service area office and get attention. Talked to the first lady on the right who took 30 secs and said' ok, your good to go. This was for a scheduled 60K maintenance check. Called later in the day (around 5:15) to see if the vehicle would be done that day was told "Rosy went home and probably not. Rep said she'd leave a message on Rosy's computer to call in the morning. Received a call 20 minutes later and said the vehicle was actually done. This note is indicative of my last 3 service visits at Purvis Ford. That last one was to get a recall addressed. Even after confirming the appointment, upon arrival, was told someone forgot to order the recall part. For the most part, I have sensed an utter sense of lethargy in the office where vehicles are processed for maintenance. So much so that I'd actually refrain from purchasing another Ford vehicle from Purvis for fear of having to deal with the service reps. Remember, these are the front line "face to face' customer reps. It may be that Purvis does a great job on the actual maintenance side of things, but when a customer is reluctant to use this facility due to lack of communications and a lethargic approach to customer service it casts a negative view on the entire facility. More
It's amazing to me how consistent Purvis is with not only their service but their Customer Relations too! Incredible to deal with, the prices are fantastic, and the service is great. Especially dealing with their service but their Customer Relations too! Incredible to deal with, the prices are fantastic, and the service is great. Especially dealing with Troy Robb who always has a smile on his face and very eager to help out with anything you need for your vehicle and then some. The staff knows what customer service really means and they all go out of their way to treat you like family, EVERY SINGLE TIME I'M THERE! Can you really say that about many other places in town?? No way! Kudos to Purvis for continuing to be the best at practically everything! Now, if I could only get them to offer chair massages while you wait for your oil change, HAHA... More

Professional, polite, prompt, helpful and funny! A gentleman who didn't even work the check-in came forward to help me as the "regular" guys were not there. He was great. I purchased a 2022 ford escape Phev from Purvis ford in Fredericksburg last week and the experience could not have been better.Everyone ,including the receptionist, my salesman Purcell Draper {who spent 4 Fredericksburg last week and the experience could not have been better.Everyone ,including the receptionist, my salesman Purcell Draper {who spent 4 yours with me on his day off}, Larry McGill in finance and the Manager John were so professional. Buying a new car in person has not always been a pleasant experience for me.This could not have been more pleasant.NO DRAMA The dealership is quite a ways from my home and thus not so convenient but so far it was worth the drive.
