Rough ride I took my F-150 into service because I continued to have a rough ride even after having my tires balanced. Bob took my truck in and discovered that I I took my F-150 into service because I continued to have a rough ride even after having my tires balanced. Bob took my truck in and discovered that I had one tire with permanent flat spots. This is normally handled by the selling dealership under the tire warranty. Purvis did not sell me the truck but Bob handled this for me anyway. After ordering and installing the new tire my truck rides smooth as butter. Thanks Bob. More

Refused to balance wheels on New F-150 I bought a new 2016 F-150 at a dealership an hour and a half from my home in Fredericksburg because they had the truck with the features I wanted at t I bought a new 2016 F-150 at a dealership an hour and a half from my home in Fredericksburg because they had the truck with the features I wanted at the end of the model year. On my way home I discovered that it had a rough ride. No problem I thought. I have driven enough over the years to recognize that my wheels were not properly balanced.. I dropped it at Purvis Ford in Fredericksburg to be taken care of the next day with an explaination on the night drop envelope. Next day I called the service dept. to discuss it and was told that it was a Ford policy not to take care of tires until you have over a 1000 miles on them. Believe me This pissed me off, but they would do nothing and told me I could take it back to the dealer I purchased it from for the service. Long story short I brought it to GoodYear where they offered to check the tires for free. Three of my four tires were out of balance. $69.00 later the truck runs great. I contacted my salesman about and the original dealership is going to reimburse me. Purvis will never get my business except for warranty work. Believe me. More
Easy, Friendly, Great Price My husband and I recently purchased our 2017 Ford Fusion SE Hybrid from Purvis Ford and we are so glad that we did. We live about 2 1/2 hours away bu My husband and I recently purchased our 2017 Ford Fusion SE Hybrid from Purvis Ford and we are so glad that we did. We live about 2 1/2 hours away but found the car on line with a price that was great plus all the rebates that Ford was offering. Frank was our salesman and he was wonderful. A very down to earth, genuine guy. When we arrived they were already cleaning up the car. We were in and out in around 3 hours and that includes the guy who came to show us how to use the technology in our new car. This process was easy with no haggling! The dealership is very nice and clean...we will be back for sure!! More
Great Service Experience I am the original owner of a 1997 Ford Expedition. Over the past 2 years I have taken my Ford to 4 different shops to try and fix several engine rela I am the original owner of a 1997 Ford Expedition. Over the past 2 years I have taken my Ford to 4 different shops to try and fix several engine related problems. (Engine surge, check engine lights) The engine problems got so bad I finally gave up and had my Ford towed to Purvis Ford for repair. I was not sure that a dealer would even look at a vehicle that was 20 years old or if parts were available. The Service Advisor Frank Stewart assured me that they would work me to get my truck back on the road. The Technicians were able to diagnose a bad PCM and coil packs. The PCM (computer) was no longer available from Ford Parts but Purvis as able to obtain a replacement PCM and reprogram it to work with my truck. After I picked up my truck, I could not believe how well the truck drove and how smooth the engine ran. My Expedition has not run this well in years and the new PCM seemed to have fixed all my previous issues I had as well. Thank you Purvis Ford. Mike Offerjost More
Parts dept debacle This is the worst parts department I've ever dealt with.i orderd a brake line 3 weeks ago n still havent received it to date even after a parts manage This is the worst parts department I've ever dealt with.i orderd a brake line 3 weeks ago n still havent received it to date even after a parts manager assured me it would be there fri afternoon well fri no line but a call from the parts manager saying he tracked it and will b in hand sat well no call to me that morning so i decided to drop by to pic up and well you guessed it didnt show im still brake line less and parts guy told me we cant do anything for you today and that this happens all the time .i run my own local businesses and i do appreciate good help ,i dont feel like this parts dept cares as they should , a classic case of comfort and lack of effort. More

Horrible Customer Service... Salesman named Steve was absolutely horrible. Wasn't willing to do his job in helping us get a car. Refused to run our credit and give us a trade in amount for our car. Basically told us there was nothing he could do for us without doing anything. Horrible customer service. I don't know how he makes a living off commission when he's not willing to work to close the deal. Whether you have impeccable credit or not you should always be treated the same and expect the same service. A lil kindness goes a long way. More
