I paid 300.00 for a misdiagnosed transmission problem. Warning service department rips you off !! Tried to sell me a $10,000 transmission when the only issue was the trans fluid was overfilled. This was verified by my home dealer where the vehicle was purchased and another mechanic. Life long Ford customer until now. Pure country refuses to refund money paid for a misdiagnosed problem. Thankfully my local dealership in Hamburg Pa is honest and correctly diagnosed the problem. More
