I'm having warranty issues with the sound system in my band new $80,000 truck. Took it to one dealer and they kept blaming Ford engineering for taking to long. I take it Pundmann as per the Ford claims department. They have no clue how to fix it. They tell me to bring it up for two weeks because they need to take apart the whole truck and trace all the wires etc. I show up over a week later to get something out of my truck fully expecting the truck to be inside the shop taken apart being worked on. They handed me my keys and said it was in the lot. I go out to my truck and it has a nice layer of dust all over it like it hasn't moved since I dropped it off. Been dealing with this for 7 months. Zero sound system with no resolution. More
Service Department was amazing. They answered all my questions in a timely manner and I was able to schedule an appointment. Also, I understand this dealership has been here since 1925, must be doing something right. More
I have called twice now for service. After hanging on the phone for 15 minutes no one answered my call except the receptionist. At this point I have had no service advisor to talk to. I dropped my car off on January 31, 2022. It took a month to determine that the engine was bad and would be replaced under warranty. Now it's been 10 weeks and I still have 6 cars in front It took a month to determine that the engine was bad and would be replaced under warranty. Now it's been 10 weeks and I still have 6 cars in front of me before they start on mine. The problem is they have no program available to supply us with a loner vehicle to drive. We have spent 10 weeks with with one vehicle. It's not our fault the engine is bad. I feel they should have some type of loner program to assist good customers, (I have purchased my last 2 vehicles from Pundmann). At this current rate of repair it will be July before I get my car back. This unacceptable! More
The car purchase was fine, but I bought all extended warranties. My trunk won't open wiring harness is a know defect on my car and they can't get it in to look at it for 3 weeks. I have purchased 4 vehicles from this location. The last two have been a nightmare. I have a Ford Fusion with less than 50 k miles on it that has been in the shop at least 5-6 times. All for the same power drain issue causing us to be on our 4th battery. On a few occasions they had the vehicle for weeks and still sent it back to us to with the issue unresolved. I’m 0-2 because I currently have a dead car in my driveway and a truck in the shop for issues they cannot resolve either😡 BUYER BEWARE HERE FOLKS. More
I wanted several PM items performed on my 1997 F250 HD. It was going to amount to just under $1,000.00. No small item to me. I did not have an appointment, but when I spoke to a service writer on the phon It was going to amount to just under $1,000.00. No small item to me. I did not have an appointment, but when I spoke to a service writer on the phone, he assured me that if I dropped the truck off they would "work my truck in" Well, after two full weeks, they only performed one service. I paid for it and picked my truck up to take elsewhere for the remaining services. I guess it's good for Pundmann Ford that they are "busy," but when that well drys up, I will be one of the customers that they don't have. More
