I dropped my car off on January 31, 2022. It took a month to determine that the engine was bad and would be replaced under warranty. Now it's been 10 weeks and I still have 6 cars in front of me before they start on mine. The problem is they have no program available to supply us with a loner vehicle to drive. We have spent 10 weeks with with one vehicle. It's not our fault the engine is bad. I feel they should have some type of loner program to assist good customers, (I have purchased my last 2 vehicles from Pundmann). At this current rate of repair it will be July before I get my car back. This unacceptable! More
The car purchase was fine, but I bought all extended warranties. My trunk won't open wiring harness is a know defect on my car and they can't get it in to look at it for 3 weeks. Very nasty finance manager. This dealership is trying to charge $360 application and document fees. We buy cars almost every year and never have paid a document fee. You can't sell a car without the documents so it is highly ridiculous. Just like I can't charge people to fill out paperwork for insurance. My husband and son were in the process of finishing a deal when they sprung the $360 on them. The finance manager use the f word and many other cuss words when my husband asked what all the fees work in the $360. My son stood up and said if you're going to cuss we're leaving and that's exactly what they did. Not only did it cost him this sale but we are in the process of picking a dealership to order a 2022 Transit 350 HD extended length with a high top and all the bells and whistles. We will not be going to pudman ever again and we had used them years ago for another car purchase. Definitely not the dealership they were in the 90s. Too many other Ford dealers in the area to allow this type of behavior. If it wasn't for the fact you have to put at least one star I would have given them a zero. More

Unacceptable experience with Warranty service on my 2018 F250 Superduty Diesel. Experience sounds exactly like a comment already on this site. Pundmann only has one diesel mechanic. "First Come First Serve." They had my truck for almost 3 weeks, and every time I called, they added a week or more to the projected work. I gave up on them. Will not utilize or buy from Pundmann anymore. Have purchased several vehicles and had them provide service over 20+ years. They lost my business over this event. They do not have an appreciation for the cost to the consumer of not having their vehicle available for use, while it sits on their lot awaiting service. They did not offer a loaner vehicle, nor did they offer to set and appointment date for me, or put me in the que and call me within a couple of days when their mechanic could get to me. Totally unacceptable. More
I have purchased 4 vehicles from this location. The last two have been a nightmare. I have a Ford Fusion with less than 50 k miles on it that has been in the shop at least 5-6 times. All for the same power drain issue causing us to be on our 4th battery. On a few occasions they had the vehicle for weeks and still sent it back to us to with the issue unresolved. I’m 0-2 because I currently have a dead car in my driveway and a truck in the shop for issues they cannot resolve either😡 BUYER BEWARE HERE FOLKS. More
I wanted several PM items performed on my 1997 F250 HD. It was going to amount to just under $1,000.00. No small item to me. I did not have an appointment, but when I spoke to a service writer on the phon It was going to amount to just under $1,000.00. No small item to me. I did not have an appointment, but when I spoke to a service writer on the phone, he assured me that if I dropped the truck off they would "work my truck in" Well, after two full weeks, they only performed one service. I paid for it and picked my truck up to take elsewhere for the remaining services. I guess it's good for Pundmann Ford that they are "busy," but when that well drys up, I will be one of the customers that they don't have. More
