My son was in contact with the salesman at Pundman Ford for five days on and off prior to the trip to view the truck. He informed the salesman that it would takes us 3 1/2 hours to make the trip. The day we were on our way to view the truck my son noticed that they had raised the price by 1k on Pundmans website. When we were pondering on the price the salesman had the audacity to say, " we are not here to rip you off". The truck was really dusty with bird faeces all over it. The salesman nor the general manager (according to the salesman) were willing to entertain any of our reasonable offers. Even after we pointed out that the AC was inoperable. The truck was supposed to be in good mechanical order, meaning everything works as it should. the salesman stated that "If it were perfect, it would cost more money" He even said, "He'll take it to the auction before he loses money" Whomever "He" is. The person behind the scenes shooting down our offers I'm assuming. Kudos to my son. he really wanted the truck. He wrote them a check and purchased the truck in spite of the issues it has, because we are capable mechanics and can rectify the issues that the truck has. More
