Would be a 5 star rating except for 2 issues. We've purchased ~ 10 vehicles from Pundmann - always a low pressure and generally pleasant experience. We highly reccomend our sales person (Eliot Starr) for his professionalism, friendliness and product knowlege. The same can be said of Loren in the finance department. Our most recent experience, however, was less pleasant, specifically, the trade in process. It was impersonal, word of mouth and, unexpectedly low ball - presented in a "take it or leave it" manner. We took it, but our family is definitely no longer an automatic " return customer" for Pundmann. Another issue, probably not easy for the dealership to address, is the difficulty in contacting the service department and scheduling a convenient appointment. This is an ongoing inconvenience. More
