Bought a used car yesterday. It was the first car I had bought from a dealer in 16 years and I wasn't looking forward to it. HOWEVER...... 1. Young Michael Howe could not have been more accommodating and bought from a dealer in 16 years and I wasn't looking forward to it. HOWEVER...... 1. Young Michael Howe could not have been more accommodating and friendly as our sales person. He kept me calm and pleased throughout the transaction. The sheaf of paperwork that followed was handled by Mike Becker. The legalities were more complicated than the purchase, but he explained carefully what we were signing and showed as some useful auto maintenance and protection options on the car. I won't mention that somehow I misplaced that sheaf of papers before I left the dealership and, not finding it, returned to Mike who printed up a whole new sheaf. He told me I would find that first one. Which I did (under a towel on the front seat of my car? WT_!!!???. How did it get under a towel? More

Would not recommend them to my worse enemy. Purchased a new 2018 Escape from them. Had problems since purchasing the vehicle and still have problems now. Work not done I purchased a used 2015 f350 platinum in which I asked all the fluids to be changed (front and rear differentials, oil, transmission). I was told that I purchased a used 2015 f350 platinum in which I asked all the fluids to be changed (front and rear differentials, oil, transmission). I was told that they would be changed before picking up the truck. I brought the truck home and decided to look things over only to find out that NONE of them were changed. After notifying pundmann ford the next day that they were not changed, the service manager offered me a $5 coupon...yes, a $5 coupon...what a slap in the face. Needless to say it cost me more than $500 to have them all changed. More
