Pundmann Ford opened it's doors on April 25, 1925, in St. Charles on the corner of Jefferson and Second streets as one of the first automobile dealerships in the area. Pundmann endured the Great Depression, World War II and in 1951 moved to their second location at 1001 North Second Street.
In 1968 Pundmann Motor Co made its final move to 2727 West Clay to where it now sits today. Additionally, the dealership is still owned and operated by the Pundmann Family. Pundmann Motor Company's approach to business has always stayed the same, Pundmann People Care. It is because of this approach that our store has received national recognition for our excellence in customer service.

O stars if I could, this place after many attempts cannot get my name, the make, model, years, trim, colors, zip code to register vehicle correct. They cannot read I guess, numerous emails, informatio cannot get my name, the make, model, years, trim, colors, zip code to register vehicle correct. They cannot read I guess, numerous emails, information given, clueless. I wanted to work with the salesman, but him and whomever was helping him couldn't answer my inquiries about vehicle. Then, they want to insult me again, after I corrected them my name wasn't Carley, but Carla. I TOLD THEM I WAS DONE!!! Tim Pundmann, First off my name is CARLA not Carley, so don't insult me. I gave what I wanted in the years, make, model, color, zip code truck to be registered and you people failed miserably. Can any of your people read the emails?? Also, what part of contact preference did your people not understand? I stated email was preferred, yet they tried calling me more than a few times. More

Got my 2018 Ecosport Ford oil changed, new lug nuts and inspection done at Quick Lane. Best service I ever had with Nancy Harrington service advisor. I stayed there while they did the work and overheard inspection done at Quick Lane. Best service I ever had with Nancy Harrington service advisor. I purchased my new Ford F-150 XLT from Pundmann Ford in St. Charles largely due to the way they treated my Dad some 45 years ago. I currently live in Tennessee and I was on the way home from visiting relatives in Missouri and saw Pundmann Ford as well as a truck in the color I had been looking for over 2 months.
