When William saw that I intended to work on my laptop while I waited for my car, he instantly set me up in a private cube-like setting off the showroom. There was no reason for William to remove the locking lug nuts from our recently purchased Isuzu Rodeo but he did. Sandy Springs Ford (where we purchased the used car) couldn't take care of it but William di nuts from our recently purchased Isuzu Rodeo but he did. Sandy Springs Ford (where we purchased the used car) couldn't take care of it but William did. It even looked like he worked on it himself. We received the maximum level of customer service and would highly recommend this dealer (or at least their service center) to anyone. William helped us out when Sandy Springs Ford failed and he didn't even benefit from the sale of the car but hopefully we can send business his way in the future. Thank you, William! More
