Absolute nightmare service department. Multiple calls and blocked by receptionist asking the same questions a dozen times, when you get through it’s voicemail, after you leave a voicemail it doesn’t get retu blocked by receptionist asking the same questions a dozen times, when you get through it’s voicemail, after you leave a voicemail it doesn’t get returned, schedule service appointment WITH confirmation emails from Pugmire it’s not in their books. What a horror show. Gladly take my business elsewhere. More

There is only one person (Nikki) that knows what’s going on in the shop and when she’s not at work no questions are answered. I called her last Thursday and left a message for her and the Manager to call me .My Son had to go there on Monday because no one ever called me back. I called again yesterday, left a message for her and the Manager to call me, again no return call. I emailed her, no reply. She blames the insurance company for the reason why nothing is happening,my insurance company sent me all of the supplementals she requested and work was left off. She tried to say the insurance company didn’t approve the work when she never requested the work until after the fact. I’m paying out of pocket for a rental, they offered a loaner when my Son was there now they don’t know if they can. This place is unprofessional & unreliable. I can’t even get management on the phone or to return my call. I see why Nikki is so unprofessional and doesn’t return calls management is the same way. Stay clear of this place!!! More

MKS Ride I'm treated well from the time they answer the phone until my car is taken into service.
