I don’t have a issue with this dealership. I went there because the dealership I purchased from has been bought. Pugmire are nice people. My problem is with Ford and the way a issue was handled I have a 2 because the dealership I purchased from has been bought. Pugmire are nice people. My problem is with Ford and the way a issue was handled I have a 2019 F250 king ranch. It had about 6-7 recall items. While it was there I want a couple of issues addressed... one being a steering wheel heater that quit working. I was told because my truck has 50k miles they would not fix the problem because it was out of warranty. I have a purchased extended that was sold to me as bumper to bumper and no coverage there either. Here’s the problem. It cost It cost 4000.00 to fix it! Have to buy a new steering wheel! To make a long story short I left a 20 year relationship with Carl Black because I live the king ranch. Carl Black would have fixed it and never looked back. This is very disappointing. You pay 70-80k for a truck and you expect components to last more than 50k miles. It went out a while back while it was under 36k miles just didn’t think it would be a issue. Shame on me.Teuck is going up for sale and going back to GM even though I love the truck. No respect for the brand. The service department fixed the main issue on my truck, but I walked away with a few more issues that didn’t exist until it was in their shop. My AC only works on defrost now.
