Totally Ignored I kept getting cards about buying an extended warranty that I thought I had bought at the time I purchased the car. So I went to Pugmire just to make I kept getting cards about buying an extended warranty that I thought I had bought at the time I purchased the car. So I went to Pugmire just to make sure. I had already left a voice mail the day before and no one returned the call. I go into the lobby and was ignored. I did not have on pricey clothing but I was decent and clean. Let me mention that I am 60 and have gray hair. The manager was speaking to a young lady and they were both playing with their cell phones. One employee was on his and looked straight at me but went out the exit (I guess he did not want anyone to listen in oh his phone call). Another employee was walking around with his clip board. A young couple told me there were some employees in the office. I walked over there and stood by the man with the clip board. They looked busy (on the computer anyway). I walked out and went around to the service area and a young lady graciously helped me with my question. I walked back to the lobby to say, "Thank you for no service" but changed my mind because I was upset. The manager was at his desk, the man with the clip board still walking around, and two other employees were outside smoking. I walked back to my car and called the dealership, got voicemail, and said "thank you for no service" and said why I was there and that I would be complaining about this. I guess they just aren't appreciative enough to have a job, was not taught about how to treat customers, and, by the way, age discrimination is against the law. More
