I have purchased 2 cars there, and because I trust them so much, I drive an hour from Atlanta to continue to use their Service Dept. The service rep was very friendly and answered all my questions. The technicians took my vehicle in right away and the service was completed in a timely manner, less than an hour wait time! They made me questions. The technicians took my vehicle in right away and the service was completed in a timely manner, less than an hour wait time! They made me very comfortable in the service waiting area while my car was being serviced. The price of the service was very reasonable and overall I am very pleased. I had a few recalls and service scheduled on my truck. When I was on my way to pick my truck up the service manager ( Justin ) called and asked if my truck alway made a ticking sound. It didn’t he said l When I was on my way to pick my truck up the service manager ( Justin ) called and asked if my truck alway made a ticking sound. It didn’t he said leave it with him he would figure out what was going on. He Called told me the cylinder was scared and the head damaged. Replaced the motor with one with fewer miles and was honest and upfront about everything the hole time. This could have went south very easy but, he did what he said and upheld his end and in doing so earned a customer for life for Pugmire Ford. I’m pleased with how the unfortunate worked out in this case. More

I purchased a 2019 escape from Pugmire Ford in I have had to have a windshield put in it and replace liftgat actuator...took it back to them about the rubber /trim around the windshield popped up and out had to have a windshield put in it and replace liftgat actuator...took it back to them about the rubber /trim around the windshield popped up and out ...it still looks is not security around the windshield this is awesome when the car is still up on the warranty...I’m very upset More
