Good salesman but that is about it - my first encounter with the service department just to get an accessory installed was a total mess. Took them about 2 hours to solve how to put on a rear bumper cover with the service department just to get an accessory installed was a total mess. First oil change for the 2023 Forester. Dropped off the car at 9:15AM for the 9:20AM appointment. Picked up the car at 11:45AM. 2.5 hours for an oil change and no complimentary car wash? The service was completed around 10:10AM when I noticed the car was pulled out of the service bay to the parking lot. I thought it went to the complimentary car wash and waited. By 11:30AM I SMS the service adviser for an estimated of completion, he said its done and come see him to complete the paper work for pick up. It turned out no car wash and the car was parked unattended in the parking lot while the owner was waiting in the waiting area for more than an hour. What a wasting of time! More

I made an appointment for an oil change and after my service was completed I was called three times asking if I wanted to reschedule my appointment, because I didn't show up. Second issue the technici service was completed I was called three times asking if I wanted to reschedule my appointment, because I didn't show up. Second issue the technician that did my oil change left oil stains in the inside of my car! I left a messages for the adviser Isabella Robledo that assisted me and never I received a call back. More
Had a steering issue. I was charge $170 to evaluate and was told I had rodent damage and it would be around $4,000 to repair. Then I asked to show me exactly what the problem was. A few inches of chewed w was told I had rodent damage and it would be around $4,000 to repair. Then I asked to show me exactly what the problem was. A few inches of chewed wire. Then the price was lower to $2,500 . The service writer said I should check my insurance, It might be covered under comprehensive. I eventually took it to the AAA mechanic I use and they fixed it in 1 1/2 hours for $177 . I don’t know if Puente Hills Subaru is dishonest or just bad at their job. I would hope it’s not Subaru since I like the car but prefer to deal with brands and people with integrity. My service advisor was Michael Mcvey More

Great service. Did all service that was promised. One small complaint is that it did take longer than promised, and was hard on my knee, and back. Everything was done very fast and efficiently. I was greeted right away when I arrived. The staff was attentive and diligent. Service was fast and everyone was COVID safe.
