All I do is call and set my a new truck. I usually call in Adriana always helps me out with coupons for my service. I get the best deals around town. All I do is call and set my appointment usually two days ahead of time. I'm always greeted when I come in, they do always give me and respect my coupons and sometimes they have a better price than what I originally came in for. Makes the experience much better than anticipated,my car is always done on time and I am always being notified of anything before and after any type of service with my car. I like it better now that they have new management, seems like it's getting better overtime and faster to get in and out. More

I set my appointment up with Adriana when arrived I was greeted at the very entrance. I already knew what kind of cars I wanted to look at. We went through the inventory and I did find the car I was looki greeted at the very entrance. I already knew what kind of cars I wanted to look at. We went through the inventory and I did find the car I was looking for. We saw a total of 14 cars till I made my mind up since I wanted to purchase the perfect car fory long commute from home to work. Thankfully I did find the right car here. I went back inside and began paperwork since I already knew what i wanted to pay and I did stay ony budget I was able to get in and out. I acquired their maintenance plan since it's on the way to work and makes getting maintenance regular. For much better fuel efficiency and basic maintenance. More
Made an appointment to see a car listed for 25K, when we got there the sales person "Julie" asked for our IDs and to start filling out the credit application. We asked for the total price first and she woul got there the sales person "Julie" asked for our IDs and to start filling out the credit application. We asked for the total price first and she would not tell us the price until she had our information. Reluctantly we completed the application and we were take for a test drive (Still no final price given). Once we checked the car there were 4 instance of body damage, one of the handles was broken and the fuse panel was on the floor of the passenger side. We asked if these items would be fixed before we take the car and they had the service manager come and check the car. We went back to talking with Julie and she said that it was going to cost them 2K to fix the problems with the car. We agreed to take the car as is. At this point she said the total price would be 32K if we wanted the car. 3k were added for "dealer options" that were not optional. Also the 2k added to fix the issues with the car. We again asked if we could have the car as is for the price listed and agreed to on the phone. She said "NO" I will not lose money on the deal and I have other customers coming to see the car. She then took all the paperwork got up and yelled to her assistance "NO DEAL" and walked away. These was the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. Now I'm concern that she kept our application as she was more interest on our SSI and mortgage information than making a deal on the car. Stay away from this place!!! More
Just returned from my second visit of HGreg Nissan Puente Hills. I spent 20 minutes on the lot my first visit, and was never greeted by any sales associate. My second visit, I had a CONFIRMED appointment wit Hills. I spent 20 minutes on the lot my first visit, and was never greeted by any sales associate. My second visit, I had a CONFIRMED appointment with Mayerli, who was not present when I arrived.(???). Another sales associate offered to assist me with my interest in a specific used car I was interested in. In my communications with Mayerli via email, I was informed: "we have a 3000 add on over MSRP which is a GPS and a clear shield protection. The GPS is a GPS we install that can locate the vehicle through your phone and can even give you a diagnostic and give you alerts if it leaves a predetermined area. Also the clear shield if protection for the door and handles." (exactly as written) It is my understanding that MSRP means: "MSRP (manufacturer's suggested retail price) is the car’s price as it sits in the showroom — with options, destination charge, and any dealership add-ons." -from AutoTrader So the add on described should be part of the listed price...right? After test driving the vehicle, I was asked to make an offer. I offered $500 below the advertised price (AutoTrader), and the sales associate took my offer to the Sales Manager. The associate returned with a printout of HGreg's offer which included a $3000 markup for the items described above, The associate informed me they install these options on EVERY car as soon as they arrive to the dealership (so I guess they really aren't an "option"), and now the asking price would be $3000 more than the advertised price. I guess if I was able to negotiate a price close to the listed price I would think I was getting a deal. The price listed was not a MSRP, I believed it was a price the seller hoped to receive from the sale of the car. If that's not what you expect, don't ask me to make an offer based on your published listing. I asked the sales associate why I would pay for options I never wanted or asked for. I suggested that there might be something unethical about how they advertise their prices even though they, yes, have a disclaimer on the listing that states: " Price excludes dealer added accessories.....", but I'm curious, since they add those accessories prior to listing the vehicle for sale, why not include them in their pricing? Even less impressive, is they offered no documentation about these options other than the description given in the email. How they arrived at an amount of $3000 for these items is a mystery, and honestly, I found several options online at a much lesser cost (not surprised). Along with this review, I am filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau, and contacting other local consumer protection agencies to better understand this type of confusing pricing. To be clear, I believe HGreg Nissan would present a better listing if it included the $3000 add on in the listed price, or at least in the published details about the vehicle. Forcing me to negotiate price on an "option" that never was an option is not how I do business. I welcome any responses from HGreg Nissan management. More

I conveyed to him concisely what I'd like regarding the purchase of the vehicle I was interested in, and he said he'd have to talk to his manager. When he came back he didn't even acknowledge my request, and when I expressed that I'd be inclined to take my business elsewhere he said," Go ahead bro!" I then requested to be removed from the contact list before hanging up. I called back and followed up with Kurt about being removed from the contact list and he said would oblige, but he did not. So today I called and Julio answered and hung up on me. I then called and spoke with a different person to convey my request, and he said he would connect me with a manager which turned out to be Julio. I then went to the store to personally follow up on my complaint about the interaction I had, and spoke with a sales manager who gave the name Jaime and he assured me I wouldn’t be contacted any further, but immediately after leaving the dealership I received a personalized message once again. I then called and spoke with Sales Manager and he told me there was no record of anyone contacting me. Do not do business with these people. I have been harassed and disrespected simply because I wasn’t interested in giving them my business. Additionally, they carry mark-ups and add-ons which should be fairly indicative of how they do business! If this how they treat their prospective customers, then I would be afraid to see how they treat their actual customers. Save yourself some time, money, and a headache and SHOP ELSEWHERE! More

This dealership does not care about you and will ignore you beware please!!! I’ve been trying to contact Ashley or someone but they always put me straight to voicemail. If I can’t get ahold of them through you beware please!!! I’ve been trying to contact Ashley or someone but they always put me straight to voicemail. If I can’t get ahold of them through calls and voicemail, I try my best to send emails and they still won’t answer them as well. I had to get better business Bureau involved and they emailed me about them ignoring there calls. I’ve been trying to get my contract terminated and my reimbursement that I was promise. It’s been a month and I haven’t received either of them. I had still had to make a payment on a car that the dealership has !! The car is in Not my possession and was supposedly returned. They have put me through a crisis financially and emotionally. They promise on customer care and service but they do not care about the customer at all . They will treat very nice because you’re buying the car but when you will ever need help from them. They’ll ignore you and look the other way. We have to go there in person to tell them to terminate the contract or to give me my reimbursement. If you don’t ever go there in person they will never do it or start the process . I’ve been trying to get a hold of the head manager but as well they doesn’t answer. I’ve contacted headquarters of Nissan about the contract termination and they way they have been treating me so poorly. It hurts knowing that they think they can get away with this and treat there customers horrible ! Please be careful of this place and please don’t let them treat you how they’re treating me. They don’t care in your best interest so if you ever go in there please be aware and careful! More
