I recently totally my 11 sentra that i purchased at puente hills nissan. I was worried about not being able to get a good deal like my old sentra... but i did!! My 22 year old daughter bought a 2005 Altima in July from a car dealership in Ontario. In about a week the check engine light came on. We decided to have a Nissan dealership look it over to give us the corr a car dealership in Ontario. In about a week the check engine light came on. We decided to have a Nissan dealership look it over to give us the correct diagnose before taking it back to the Ontario dealership where she bought it. We took it in to PUente Hills Nissan dealership. AT the end of the day, they called my daughter and told her that it needed a new transmission to start with and that would be a little over $3,000. My daughter, of course, was very upset. We took it back to the Ontario dealership very upset that they sold us a car that needed a new transmission. Their mechanic looked it over, checking the codes, etc. and told us to come back the next day. We went back the next day, the check engine light was off and he said it was fixed. He had put in a new coil. We were skeptical at first, but sure enough, its been 3 months and the check engine light has never come back and the engine is running absoltely fine. Why in the world did the mechanic at Puente Hills dealership tell us it needed a new transmission? Obviously it didnt. I'm not sure if he was an inexperienced mechanic that didn't know what he was talking about or if they were trying to scam us. My advice to you - unless your willing to possibly have work done on your car that it doesn't need, don't go to Puente Hills Nissan dealership. More

Everytime I have taken my car to be serviced at this dealer I cannot be happier. From the moment I call to make an appointment, to talking to the service department in person, to getting my car back, I dealer I cannot be happier. Customer Service is their specialty and that is so refreshing. Dave Okamoto is the Service Manager and you could not wish for a more professional, knowledgeable and nicer person to deal with. He took care of my car and in my opinion, went the extra mile to have it repaired. He is also the Service Manager at Buena Park Nissan, so one has two locations to choose from to deal with Dave. He is the reason my car was repaired and taken care of. THANK YOU, DAVE!!! More

If you're out to buy a car, stay away from Puente Hills Nissan. Please take my advice and do so in a heartbeat! They offered to match the AD price on a Nissan Versa from a different dealership, but stated that I would have to purchase their GAP insurance and their Multi-Shield Protection Plan in order to make the deal,...WHY? This would cost me an extra $2000+! So, like others before me, and probably after me(based on previous reviews), I walked away disgusted and deceived. However, I do thank Mr. Rafael P. for trying to help me out. But the sales managers, there're out to take your money,...BEWARE!!! More

As soon as I was about ready to purchase, Kevin unfortunately was called away for a family emergency, and without missing a beat, Eva Fuentes steps in. She helped me with some last minute details, moved "heaven and earth" to get the car I wanted to her dealership. They have a huge inventory but also have "sister lots", so you should be able to find anything you want. She was in constant contact with me the day I was coming in to purchase. And even stayed late at work (got a babysitter and all) to meet with me. The test drive was great. The paperwork (which is usually a pain in the butt and time consuming) was a breeze. She also went over all the features in my new car. She did all of this with a smile! Puente Hills Nissan was definitely further than I was initially looking to go to, but Eva Fuentes was such a pleasure to deal with that I recommend her and that dealership to everyone!!! And Kevin was great too! More

They took advantage of my 86 yr old mother by misleading her in the sales dept. I was interested in a used truck they had. My credit had some issues so my mom agreed to purchase it for me. The sales manager said he could get her into a new truck for the same payment as the used one i wanted. She was a very trusting person & took him for his word. They showed us a truck that had no extras on it, which was nothing like the used one I wanted. There was no negotiating on the price. When asked if they something else we were told no that was the last one they had. We had to wait almost 2 hrs for the paperwork to be ready & than it was rushed through, nothing explained, she was told to sign in 10 places marked by an x. When we got a chance to look at everything on the contract, we were extremely angry. Not only did they charge full price on the truck but they also added on $8000.00 worth of maintenance & service agreements plus insurance policies. We tried to get them removed & were informed she signed the contract & it is a done deal. They lied to her & misled her to the extreme. These people can not be trusted at all if they would do this to an 86 yr old lady. They should have offered all the good deals they implied. But than they wouldn't be a car dealer & they wouldn't be car salesman. We would like what they promised by them redoing the contract, but they could not afford to buy the truck back at the price they charged her. More
